Bugs, Glitches and Addon conflicts

i dont know whats causing this but ive reinstalled the addon like 3 times already with the BAT file, including the workshop addon, and yet it still doesnt do this
i only have NPC packs but i dont know if thats the cause so im going to uninstall those packs and see what happens
