Good idea! I'm going to make a tab in the options window in the tools side of the menu to add the option to enable/disable quite a few things, and I'll add this to the list! I'll also be adding the option to disable the extra Portal 2 tab, switch her models (When that feature comes), her aggressive actions (When that feature comes), adjust cool down times between voice lines, disable voice lines (If you want an idle glados for some reason), and toggle interactions with cores (When the feature comes). Feel free to leave any suggestions if you think I missed anything!
The ability to manipulate any doors or func_moving on the map for whatever reason. (I suggest this due to her ability to control the Aperture Science Test Area plates, doors, etc.)
And turn on/off any combine cameras, turrets or sentries

Love it, I'll also make it so that combine turrets attack her to give her a reason to shut them off
Maybe you could add a sort of console to give her control to neurotoxin, door control, sentry system control, light control, alarm control, etc. (alarm control would just affect lighting a bit to make the screen get a red fading tint with an alarm sound) (light control would let her turn on/off any lights spawned by the tool gun or loaded by the map) (sentry system control and door control is self-explanatory) (neurotoxin control would require the player to spawn a "neurotoxin generator" entity that is destructible and would let GLaDOS release neurotoxin if asked about any of the "aggressive retaliation" words. maybe she would only audibly react to these words if she doesn't have access to control to sentry systems)

Good idea! May take a while to get down though due to this being my first real mod, but I will not stop till it works!
