i spawn in glaods and what do i see. nothing. except for her shadow. WHATS THE DEAL

Hmmm, do you have any other addons installed? It could be conflicting addons. First thing I would try is disabling all addons except GLaDOS to see if it's any conflictions. Let me know how it goes! :p2aperture:

I almost had the same thing but I just had to uninstall one mod... maybe it's one that replaces textures/models? I hope that helps! :p2blue:
