So far my save its very mixed. Obviously everyone is developing physicals like crazy, as well as their mentals - unexpectedly.
I am right now trying to develop a fix to the technical drop.
I have a couple things I am trying.
1. going with a normal vanilla Pre-Season (before I had only No Match setups for Pre-season)
2. Try Technical pre-season vanilla setup
3. have a Technical heavy coach team
4. if all fails, I will try to add sth technical based to the training schedule.
I would appreciate hearing what your experience is.
Otherwise after 3 seasons in HKU23, I am impressed with the setup (apart from the lack of technical improvement on some players) I finished the top of the league, once got 4th, 1st 2nd, won multiple cups every season. So, tactical familiarity is through the roof, and everyone is constantly well-rested, so you can use your main 11 almost every match.
You will still be able to set the schedule, you just have do confirm your choice every time you do, but at least the players dont get mad.
