I had this strange bug with npcs having no lip sync animations at all. I heared the the english dialogue, but the faces didn't move at all.

I changed my default game language from German to English and it finally worked. Seems like there are no german files to sync so the game defaults to english, but lip sync waits for german audio file input?

MCC strangely enough has several issues through all the games when playing in german where it randomly defaults to some english dialogue pieces
