Limb regeneration issues
It seems that the limb regeneration effect of the Unstable RG extract only works on uninjured humans, if a limb is lost before gaining the ability it will regenerate damage similarity to normal RG extract but won't regenerate the lost limb nor future lost limbs

I think they half fixed it cause now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't
