How do you even win the second european war?
I played a game as germany recently and got my balls kicked repeatedly by fascist russia as communist germany after i let them win the first war thinking it would make me stronger as people on the internet like to say.

Yesterday i tried to do duginist russia using the template i will link below (not original i saw it on reddit) and as i set completed the focus and had all my soldiers in the line (i was constantly micromanaging equipment production during peacetime only ended up with 120 divisions as much as i tried) I immediately got f*cked by europe. i didnt move and not a single day had passed and i had red defense bubbles all over my frontline. what am i supposed to do are my templates just bad?

I have played a few more runs of this mod before and remember winning once with the nsm and once with PQTRIQT FRQNT so im not completely useless ig

Communist Germany can ask China for production license of J36(2036 jet), then you can fxxk off all russian jets and bomb russian troopers away easily.

I haven't played the mod yet but presumably if you lost as both sides it means you are not very good at the game. If it were merely unbalanced you would be able to win as one of them unless there are player only debuffs.

When i lost as germany i was playing the communists against the fascists when i lost as russia i was playing as the duginists. In the mod there is a complicated thing where the winners and losers of the first war changes the ideologies of the losing side and supposedly makes them stronger to get revenge. its not just two sides of the same war in the time i played germany i intentionaly lost the first war to the fascists to become communists and with russia i made russia communist and intentionaly failed to invade ukraine

literally just spam IFV's and tanks/planes. Probably a mixture of IFV and APC's but I don't exactly remember the stats but pure IFV's with tanks won me the 2nd european war as Russians.
