Also that's Army, not Navy, of which they can't even keep their own home built carrier at sea before rushing it back to port for repairs due to not using high enough quality materials (surveillance photos showing cracks in its flight deck). Even fishing boats have punched holes in Chinese patrol vessels' hulls when colliding with them. If anything the mod overstates the quality of Chinese vessels and should have debuffs to simulate their durability, or lack thereof.
Also, naval drones have shown to be seriously dangerous weapons to the Russian Black Sea fleet to the point they keep them away from the Western Black Sea. The Taiwanese are no doubt fully aware of this, and even in this alternative timeline would have made use of similar weapons that the game doesn't have. They're like remote control short to intermediate range naval mines.
