Every playthrough Ive done as Trump so far always ends up with me breaking through the Union by around 2023, only for the Patriot Front and National Socialists to declare war and completely curb stomp me. The Patriot Front especially seems to always break through my lines and snake through like nothing, even if most of my units have good combat strength by that point (not to mention all the buffs from the focuses and national fury) Am I just bad at the game or is winning with Trump really hard?
