I can't seem to get this to work.

Maybe the values are too high for the slots_mult?
If you delete config file and restart the game is config recreated?
Also if you can please upload Player.log file somewhere (it is in the same folder as config) it would be helpful.
Edit: I did some more testing, to answer your questions; The mod works for backpacks but not vests, I am currently using Rookie, with 6 slots, Pathfinder also has 6 slots. Seemingly there is a max of 6 slots.
I'll see about uploading the Player.log at some point if I can't fix it myself.
