I did not troubleshoot whether its interactions with other mods caused this.
Idk if this is a mod conflict or a bug, but when I kill Lord Shiro, the holy empire automatically takes over Liberation HQ and Boss Simon is nowhere to be found. I have Reactive World and this mod enabled (the only two mods that have world changes) so I got 0 clue what is going on. I tried disabling RW and Liberation's HQ was completely gone
Dang, now that's something... Mod's like Reactive World change a lot of World State mechanics and triggers, so conflicts like these really do happen. I guess when you killed Lord Shiro, or other noble, It might have triggered an override on Endin, where Liberation's Reach is located, completly "killing" the Rebel Farmers xD.
I made this mod with the base game in mind, and due to the size of this project, it does conflict with other mods like Reactive World or Living World
After a few hours of testing (and killing Lord Shiro like 20 times today) I finally found the conflict. The conflict isn't on reactive worlds but instead another mod that rebuilds and expands on things in bast. This mod Causes Liberation HQ to be very cramped due to the conflict, and it causes Liberation HQ to be taken over by holy nation after killing Lord Shiro.
