1. Not really sure, I would guess probably like him but with different colors and maybe less or more tri-fins and maybe a few horns from Playdough
2. Yes, eventually. not sure when but i am currently writing his lore and its like- 35 paragraphs long i think?
3. Canon family tree- not really sure. his parents are Panellus and Playdough/Olm though
4. Before Axo had his villain arc his friends were fine with em and commonly comforted him if he was stressed or something, his parents however weren't ever really fond of em to say the least, mainly because of how accidentally killed Panellus from poison. Playdough still tried to act like a good parent but once Axo was a young adult he just gave up in that factor and kinda threw him out.
5. Axo is just kinda silly and playfully serious, I guess is a way to describe it. Hes usually quite closed in however with how hes feeling mentally or anything cause he likes to keep people from worrying about em.

Huh, strange. I barely understand half of it so for now i will just say Demi or the Gray-A or whatever.
I said to you before on PA when you asked, the main reason i for now will just have him be ace is because i don't really plan on shipping em with any other character of mine. It may change later though, who knows

I have little to no clue what Sprunki is, and i'm not gonna waste my time looking at the wiki.

4. - not exactly sure. I dont have any canonical height set for the ancient species of Wyvernorth so its difficult to decide what would be logical for em.
