i think you might have to place it on the wither storm(the heads are a separate entity than the body)i tried but i might have been aiming wrong,or elliottt overnight might be right and you cant

i dont k now how to delete my comment but i've tried and its a no no,they get immediately despawned the moment they're spawned for some reason
