Call me crazy, insane, or a tinfoil hat wearer, but, I'm starting to believe that this addon is gaslighting me into believing tha HE is following me maliciously wherever i go.

youre not wrong. it uses a lot of stock half life 2 noises, so playing left 4 dead the other day, i got startled by the insane maniac laughing noise several times (maybe a mod of mine but what a twisted noise)
