If citizens or lets say, a father grigori. start getting killed for no reason for you, spawn in a seagull. it'll spawn in a "homeless_seagullking"
I was playing some good o'l bigcity, i was just spawning a father grigori. and then he died i was like, "Oh maybe this is a glitch i'll spawn in something else" but that died too, and then i spawned a seagull, heres a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyei2o2zXDk
