Gibs on other separate npc bug

When i spawn a normal combine soldier (with the mod ofc) it work on him but it even make gibs on other npc who dont use the combine soldier replacement model aka just other separate hostile npc. but dont do it before i spawn a normal combine soldier, is there's any way too fix this ?
