OSHA Violations
No railings on the second floor or higher floor, There's no railings or signs for the doors that lead outside.

But I like walking out the doors on the second and third floors and shortly after breaking my ankles from the falling, It's part of the experience.

It is not a OSHA violation, but the higher smaller windows should be openable inwards so workers can safely clean them.

OSHA Safety Signs communicate those safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
