It is most likely linked to "CBT YANM & Community Part Map - Invisible Arms Fix.mod"

As explained in the "Load Order" discussion, check if there are two spaces between - and Invisible, or simply download the load order modlist which doesn't have this issue.

Edit: Just checked in case a mod update broke something, but nope, no issues here, so it's very likely that this is what I described just above.
