As expected for UMVC3 Vergil has absolutely piss air combat, also lunar phase absolutely fondles your healthbar.

Other than that all seems well enough, cool mod.

Do the Heavy and Special normals really need to be that big?
Is he allowed to have more than one instance of his floating swords active, be it the ring or the crown or the shots?

Genuine suggestion, for the amount of meter and startup time that judgement cut end requires, it should probably be coded like a grab so its not blockable by just holding a block
