Integrating Germany border fixes
Hey, would it be possible to integrate https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3064223092 which somewhat fixes Germany's internal borders? It bothered me quite a bit in the original, and since they both modify the map & borders, I don't expect them to be compatible.

No they are definitely not compatible :)

I did do some modification of the German borders on my own, but these seem to be far more detailed. I'll have a look when we'll update for 1.7
