Bugs or desired changes
Please let me know if you find any bugs in the latest version, or any desired tweaks. The latest version allows colonial administration in all non Europe regions, should work fine but isn't fully tested.

In terms of tweaks, I have it noted that people want some of Russia available, and perhaps some alterations to give land locked access to a coast

Could you make a version where all available states have 0 everything research/army/navy? I wonder if that would even work with AI but im intrigued with a start from 0 kind of game

Also I wonder if it would be possible in that version to make it so uncolonized markets do not participate in trade. At least it seems I can trade with north americas despite it being uncolonized!

Hi, there's a bunch of provinces that has 0 pop, especially in the HRE

I'll name a few: Rhineland, Hesse, Saxony, Brunswick, Anhalt, Hanover, Westphalia, Elbe, Mecklenburg, Moldavia, Emilia, Laos, Cambodia, a big part of India and Africa.

Found the issue, fixing it now

Uploaded half the fix but got to head out now, other half of the fix will come tonight, but should improve things in the meantime

Complete pop fix is now up. In addition, I have split out the countries a bit more for some balance, and rearranged some to give them more access to the sea. Have fun!

Having a blast but the uncolonized nations have retained some claims so large parts of the American interior and Sakhalin are uncolonizable

Oh really I hadn't noticed that, which states in particular seem to have the issue?

so far i saw Sakhalin and Kuban not being colonizable due to claims, will add more if i see them

Hey guys, just uploaded a new version which should fix those bugs, please let me know if you find anymore or have anymore improvement ideas

My only request is a version that spreads out the nations (So there's maybe one or two in each continent) and equalises their tech/industry. Make it so that there's minimal bordering.

If it doesn't have it (I've not tried out the mod yet, first thing I'm going to do) then adding colonial administrations to every continent would be nice.
