I bet since Jorge has a different player model from the rest of Noble Team and the player, changing his helmet might be a little more complicated than the other team members. Although, to truly complete this mod, I'd say it's worth the effort, because at the moment, he looks like the odd man out, being the only one without Mk. V. I'd take a shot at it myself if I had any modding experience, but alas, I am at a loss. Good luck if anyone actually tries it!
