Well, the only solution is to use PAC3 and add the Flame Effect to his head and BOOM! You know completely have Ghost Rider.
The creator didn't add the Flame Effect to Ghost Rider because the model isn't packed with the Flame. So people must use PAC3 to do that.
You know you have to do it your self.
Ok so the backstory behind ghost rider is:
his dad was about to die with cancer, so johnny promised his soul to the devil to save his dad, so he then became ghost rider, killed the devil, and lived happily ever after with his head on fire.
