transportVehicle.compartments

There are any number of passenger wagons out there that are configured to use
transportVehicle.compartments, rather than transportVehicle.compartmentsList.
You might want to update this mod to capture that possibility, otherwise those vehicles will be configured to use the load speed selected for freight cars.
