Spamton:

Step 1: Give the loaded disc to Spamton, listen through the dialogue, transfer, continue listening and reload.
Step 2: With the loaded disc, collide it with Mettaton Neo from the Peopletale pack. (May also work with androids, I have yet to try.)
Step 3: Reload, you should now have Spamton Neo and Pipis.

just put the key b piece inside a chest and you'll hear a sound of unlocking it, then just restart your map and you should be good.
