What face mods works with this body?
I tried ECE with SG textures and there were neck seams EVERYWHERE.

For the race's face, I used the textures provided in this resource:
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48329. There are still some other textures that maybe you would like to check them out

So you still used the base head meshes but only changed the textures?

That is true. It is also the same for all Skyrim body replacer mods.
