Before submitting a bug report in this discussion, it is suggested that you create a copy of your log.txt located in Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance so that you can continue playing whilst also having access potentially useful debug information.

NOTE: The API allows creators to add their own functions to the API so that certain behavior can be modified, as such it is possible that the mod itself is not the main cause of the problem.
Make sure that this problem occurs even when all other mods are disabled, before reporting the problem as a bug, otherwise report it as a Compatibility Issue in the appropriate discussion.
