Can't progress in the mission "Raiding the Louvre". I cant find any information on the "Vestige of the r4-Tr3 Server. How do I proceed?

here comes the fun part it's broken AF this is the mission goal pulled from file <goal type="getadmin" target="r4_entry"/>
and this is the node we are supposed to get admin on <Computer id="r4_entry" name="Emperor's Respite" type="4" icon="chip" ip="86.102.242.95" i just got to this point and learned it's broken after you get admin you can't complete the mission and you are hard stuck
ps 3th time i pulled game file here
