A Diffrent Type Of Self Repair
in legacy you could have your tardis fixed in seconds by exiting it with self repair initiated but this time!

Could you possibly make it so if your tardis loses health you could give some of your regeneration energy (health) to it so it would heal. this would be cool for role playing as the doctor and its essentially a good idea because the new doctor who Matt Smith 11th skin is out.

-Edit when giving health it would have to be an off balance or else you would die on the spot.
if you lose 100 of all health you would fix it with 50 of your own health. I'm trying to say you give only half of your health of what the tardis has lost to fix it.

As of my experience the tardis uses circuits, while regeneration is a organic process.
Also, needing to craft certain parts to maintain functions and durability seems a better idea to me

if this is impossible to do Dr Matt maybe you could have to pick up some sort of plug and insert it into the bottom downstairs of the console and plug it in giving it health. there could be a tube you plug into the bottom of the console to heal it.

Remember the tardis is partially organic remember the telepathic circuit and that the tardis HAS a soul. you would give health to the tardis soul. Regeneration energy is part of your own soul your just giving health to another soul. sort of like a soul blood transfer
