items wont go inventory

all errors i am getting (though mod itself mostly works fine) and my thoughts on what it might be

can somebody tell me how to fix "couldnt mount addon file"

HL2 Weapons not appearing when unsubscribed.

So I didn't like this addon and unsubed from it.
Now my Default HL2 Weapons won't appear in my inventory at spawn.
If anyone knows a fix I'd love to hear it.
I've verified the integrity of the game files and uninstalled all my addons twice and that didn't seem to work.
