how do you do that using the workshop? I cant find any sliders or anything, just a strange looking body in game

its explained on nexusmods - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/? - in the 'options' and the 'installation' sections. and, if you download via nexus, you'll also get the ENG version, rather than the RUS version :)

Really!? I cant afford to throw out money left and right and you wont tell us how do fix it or even get the english version and you make us pay for it!?

I don't know if it work when you create a character but when you pay the facechanger in riften and change your weight it affect how curvy you are ! :)

That's simply not true, I didn't pay a dime. You have to go into your profile settings and tell it you'd like to allow adult content. It's all free.
