also a cool addition would be having the props that make up a nest have a more earthy texture when they have been marked.

try reinstalling the addon, or like you said check for an addon that could be incompatible.
this setting could be customizable such as how many bugs fly together, if there can be multiple groups of bugs all together, and how close or far apart they would be when flying
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bqtqltqcQhw
probably would be really hard to implement but it would be cool to see actual swarms attacking props and npcs!
and another thing is maybe a setting where they are able to """"eat""""" props
when they want to eat a prop some bugs will land and stick onto a prop then it will disappear kinda like real bugs maybe they can fly in a swarm and cover the object when eating
the final option is webbing.
basically this makes them shoot the white strings they use to carry objects into a web like shape in dark areas of maps npcs will get stuck and will alert bugs to their location like a real spider how when stuck will feel vibrations
they could also put props in their and kinda stick them together to form nests instead of just weakly throwing them together maybe they could actually show them making nests!
obviously they sound hard to impliment but it would be neat if they actually act like bugs in the real world like making webs and nests of props stuck together in dark areas
feel free to comment on what u think of my ideas lol
