A very unique and cool design!
I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out exactly how the "Manifested" Power Card mechanic is supposed to interact with Card Plays.
****Turn 1****
**Spirit Phase - Play & Pay for Power Cards**
- I play a Fast Power card
**Fast Phase**
- Using the left Innate power, I Manifest the card I played and add an Incarna in its land.
*During Time Passes*
For each Incarna: either I discard the Power Card (removing the Incarna) OR I pay its cost (min 1) to keep it in Play (and Empower the associated Incarna until it leaves play).
- Assume, I pay its cost (min 1) to keep it in Play and Empower its Incarna.
***Turn 2***
**Spirit Phase - Play & Pay for Power Cards**
I still have a Power Card in my play area from the previous turn.
- Does it count against my # of Card Plays for this turn?
- Do I have to pay the card's cost again?
**Fast Power Phase**
- Can I resolve the Manifested power card (Range = the Incarna's location)?

Thanks for your feedback! Your description of the steps up to turn 2 is all correct. During turn 2 (and any later turns where the card remains in play) the manifested card counts as one of your played cards, without costing card plays or energy. You can use it once per turn, like you usually can with your played cards (except this one has to target at its Incarna).

(It’s similar to the cards that are kept in play from the blight card, Aid from Lesser Spirits. Except those cards are free and can be used anywhere :) )
