One major improvement would be the addition of a direct download link. Steam isn't downloading this mod, along with many others. A direct download link would allow me to play your mod.

You should spilt up the Sumendia trade node (Atlantis). That way it's more balanced.

How about you add a important center of trade thing to that little island in the middle of atalntis, and give it higher base tax. It drives me nuts that its 11 and so is about 6 other atlantean provinces.
Lost cities of Gold and make so that Timurids can form Bukhara Day one for the lolz :)

There is one suggestion I'd like to make, and it's something to do with the AI. I've been running the game a couple times now just spectating the AI and there's a couple things I've noticed. First, that a lot of the nations that have created typically take the same ideas in the same order as similar nations on their continent. (e.g. Warlord states will take the same ideas as other warlord states.) Perhaps you can somehow tweak the AI a bit to guide it better. I've watched Atlantis pretty closely twice now and unless I went in and gave it the push to colonize, it never takes either the Exploration or Expansion ideas, and Atlantis is just in the perfect place to dominate the colonization game through the whole game. Why isn't the AI thinking about that? And in the mid 1600's both Lemuria and Mu have swaths of uncolonized areas. Heck, Mahklyes hasn't done a damn thing but huddle around the black lake in every game played/observed. There should be something there to help those countries along.

(Mahklyes is also getting personalized ideas surrounding the black lake :D )

Fantastic news! I am loving playing in Atlantis, and I love building up to formable nations. I hope to see Lemuria and Mu be formable one day. The Dragon Gods will be known throughout the world!

Ahh, I just discovered something, looking at various other starting dates, I noticed there's no change in country borders when you choose a different start. Something I thought of, since this is supposed to be fantasy-like, perhaps before Atlantis forms, make Anthropofagoi get larger at various starting dates, until it dwindles and some more good aligned nation makes Atlantis? Just an idea, but as time moves forward, those borders should certainly change.
It irks me that St. Martin is shown as St. Barthelemy and Antigua as Guadeloupe and Guadeloupe as Dominica and so on. Is this intentional?
i really enjoy the mod, but I feel prester john could use some work. Such as an unique tech group and some central african themed units? Maybe going wild with the tales about the kingdom, like unicorn hussiars or blessed musketers?
Oh and I'm wondering, can you make a nation for a united Africa? Actually gives me a reason to play as Kilwa, Mali, Ethiopia or Kongo this time :P

Might be obvious but I think the Polynesians need some unique ideas, was playing on Mu and they've taken so much land there it's rather silly they just have national ideas. Maybe you could even have different types of ideas based on where they are.
