Fracture Melded Orb not appearing
Infused the void orb then next round infused the others. Screen flashed and the fractured melded orb didn't spawn in. The stand in the middle is glowing purple but there is no orb. Went around map seeing if there was anything I was missing, but I did pick up all Essence.

Void Orb not glowing but whisp step complete and essence was picked up
