If the crate crane is flashing red that means its not ready and if you activate it while flashing red it will just randomly place the crate around the map. If not flashing red that means you can ride it and it take you around the map you can do this starting on round 4.

But remember if you leave the crate you will not get the Ragnarok DG 4

The blue switch will always spawn in the boy of silence room but afterwards it could spawn at any of the switch locations around the map.

Just remember if you set off the boy of silence alarm you must shoot his dust cloud where he was.
