here is how to get all secrets from what i understand:

Undying Undyne:Kill Undyne

Mettaton Neo:Kill Mettaton

Chara:Kill all monsters (includes unlockables but doesnt include immortal ones, gaster, gaster followers)
Goner Kid:search goner kid in item search place)

Follower 1:talk to river person untill he says beware of the man who speakes in hands and then talk again
Follower 2:Use the phone untill gasters sound appears (i think gasters voice i dont have it yet)

Follower 3:Summon the arcifact(something pendant) untill you get it

redacted:kill follower 3/all followers (idk i didnt oof follower 3 to test it yet and idk how redacted looks like)
Mysterious Man:when your game loads it has a chance to make entry 17 appear and if it does you get him (very very very very very very very very very very rare fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr fr

İf i missed something you can add it also ş probably wont look at this chat alot also i dont have mystery man or redacted so if they are somehow the same thing pls tell me

kill all- chara

Gaster is unlocked by a rare chance where ENTRY NUMBER 17 appears when you launch the game. I am assuming it is rare.

So listen to get undyne teh undying u need kill normal undyne to get mettaton neo kill mettaton ex
to get chara kill frisk many times!!! AND LISTEN FOR DUMB !!! GASTER GET AUTOMATICALY
WHEN U HAVE THIS MOD SO DONT ASK IT AGAIN !!!
