Gaster/Mystery Man: How to Unlock.
To unlock Gaster, you have to get very lucky when starting up People Playground. If Gaster's dialogue starts playing, you have unlocked him.

But like wdym INTETLY unlock as in when the mods loaded or as in FULL ON LIKE 1 second after starting the game up
