I have all that I can possibly think of to get this mod to start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the H1 campaign and the multiplayer several times. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed to Cursed Halo Again several times. Every time I start the game with Anti-Cheat disabled, and once enabled just to do something different.

Not once when I select the Halo CE: Anniversary campaign in the menus has it given me the option to start up the Cursed Halo campaign. I don't understand what I need to do, make it make sense.
