UI and Missle Firing doesn't work
This mod is cool in the fact it's able to bring up new UI onto the screen which is an innovation in itself, but we just need it to work the missle targeting works but not the actually firing, closing of UI, or rocket count

disable all other mods except theirs then

it might help, disable the MPW library mod, and then re-enable the game.
