I was talking about you. I would like to work with you to make an English translation of this mod.

I don't have a QQ and it is really hard to get it.

If I have time, I will translate this mod into an English version, but some parts of the program do not support it, and it may still include Chinese

That is fine. I have an mostly English version of the base game which has the same problems. I thank you for taking time to answer me. If there is a way for me to help you in this let me know.
