Walkthrough Guide For All Puzzles
Welcome To The Grand Lark Motel Heist Official Walkthrough Guide

This guide is made to help you finish the level. However I do suggest you try on your own first, every clue needed is in the room somewhere. But without any further adieu lets begin.

1. Give The Big Guy A Call

In order to complete this first task on your to-do list you will need to enter the bathroom. Turn on the hot water and wait. Eventually the steam makes a phone number appear on the bathroom mirror. Call this number on the phone. 326-8080. A voice will come over the phone telling you what time to set the alarm clock to. It will also appear in the phone slide out for those that do not use sound.

2. Set The Alarm For The Morning

For this one you need to open the night stand on the right side of the bed. Near the mini fridge! If you look at the top of this night stand there is a wood etching on the left side. All you have to do is count the items in the room it lists to get the combination. 2934. You can move the hands on the alarm clock to the time the big guy gave you on your phone call 6:25.

3. Turn on the tv for a clue!

This one is fun and ties into #4 of opening the safe. The first step is to go to the bathroom. On the floor is a key. If you examine the key CLOSELY you will see that it has some letters on it. CABD. Take the key to the dresser beneath the tv. Insert the key into the C drawer followed by A then B and finally D. The drawer will open and inside is the TV-Remote. Press the red power button on remote to turn the tv on!

4. Open the in-room safe.

In order to open the in-room safe you will need the safe combination. In order to get it you must first go to the Dresser near the front door that has the arrow on it. If you noticed on the desk there was a newspaper and there is a section on it about a recent heist that has taken place. It will give you some coordinates within the newspaper that you need to enter in order to unlock the luggage. WEST. EAST. NORTH. SOUTH or LEFT. RIGHT. UP. DOWN.

Inside the luggage is a screw-driver. You need to take the screw driver over to the white vent on the wall with four screws and take it off the wall by unscrewing the screws. Once removed you will see a hand written card with the word ARM on it.. You must de-cipher that the letters correlate to numbers on the telephone. Giving you the safe code: 276. The key for the safe is in the nightstand beneath the phone. Then click the safe unlock valve and boom your in!


5. Detonate bombs.

This one is fun (please do not drop the detonator on the floor or the room may break and you will have to re-start.

If you look at the detonator you will see there are instructions stated on the back of the device on how to use it.

1. insert detonator key. You can find this key in the lock box inside the half closet beneath the green t-shirts. In order to unlock that box you will need to find the symbols on the sliding door around the room in different pictures. It takes a little leg work but its fun to do if you have the time. If not the code for that box is: 6334. Grab the key and insert it into the detonator by dragging it onto the key-hole while you are zoomed in on the detonator.

2. Extend Range Antenna. On the top of the detonator is a black antenna. Click it to extend its range!

3. Tune to correct frequency. If you had not already turned the TV on then now would be the time to do so. Every 12 or so seconds the tv will show a blurred image giving you the frequency you need for the detonator. HINT: its 96MHz.

4. Press Boom Button! Open the glass covering and then press the red button (This will not work if all other steps have not been completed).

6. Go to bed and wake up early!

Once you have Detonated the bomb you can now click on the pillow on the bed to "Go To Sleep" your screen should go black and then come back. If it does not come back on its own then click the pillow again to wake-up!


7. Collect your cut.

Assuming you have completed all the other tasks on your to-do lists (YES YOU MUST DO THEM ALL TO FINISH THE ROOM). You can now click the CASH that is on the end of your bed. The room is complete. Great job!

In my playthrough, the key in the bathroom did not have any letters on it, for me it just had a big red 7 where the letters should be. My coop partner did however see the lettering but as a host there was nothing. Other than that excellent room!

The light did not turn on automatically and it's hard to find what to do in the dark, got it with the guide though, you might wanna fix that.
For the ARM code, I'd expect R to be 77 since you need to dial that twice

Very nicely done! I got stuck on the luggage puzzle because the text in the newspaper was very hard to read Otherwise, well done!
