I started a new game, and can confirm she's in the game still. Maybe try updating the mod? There was a bug earlier on where she wasn't appearing in the game that I managed to fix a few updates ago.

Yeah she doesn't show up for me as well, ego is there but she doesn't even show in the club staff section. I'm using the fmf file from this thread and the workshop both don't show her anywhere, everything else worked though.

Could be a data issue even tried deleting some editor changes you made to use only the data row where she is created still no dice. Tested it with only your editor change of course.

The bit i'm lost on is that I created a new save with the latest FM updates + this Blue Lock DB and she was there for me so I have no idea what it could possibly be, I'll try it again later and see if anything has changed

Welp turns out you need to be in large database not medium database for her to spawn in my game, i think you should put it in the mod description page. In case someone have the same error.
