New Magic Mods

Magic mods are something I'm good at making, or at least sometimes. What would you guys like to see next? A perk tree that gives spells? A follower, a quest?

I'm not sure how/if it would work, but as you level up a skill it grants you spells (such as level 25 destruction grants fireball for example)
