Also, perhaps you could remove the cores of non-starter 'medium tags' (for example, Medina and Hejaz) in the region, upon conquest it results in serious double rebellions and that with the already buffed-up Nizzarids having a crush on the region's clay is maybe too big a difficulty at this point of a campaign

I'm saving the Yathrib name change for when I add dynamic province names for Arabia as a whole. As for the medium tags, I removed them just now.
