SCP not spawning
I downloaded the map and the SCPs didn't spawn nor did the guards. I downloaded all mods including a few other. I also have Counter-Strike: Source. Can I please know what the problem is?

this map doesn't include npc

It doesn't add NPCs, you have to make scenarios yourself.

i know how to fix it,spend 6 hours trying to recreate the scp:CB game in gmod with the scp:CB npcs mod

The map doesn't come with NPCs. You can use saves though or place your own NPCs.
