Buddies despawn while Infiltration

Every time (no matter what NPC or Weapon I pick) they dispawn after a few seconds inside the van

i got the same issue, buddies dispawn inmediatly no reason, nobody has finded any solution?

me too i want the buddies in older vertions in 2023 the buddies was fixed but unspawns now
