enabling companion parties to recruit

so I was just wondering because when you get in to the game in the chat it says that clan parties can't recruit my troops and idk how to change that, can anyone help ?

Check in the MCM (Options then mod Section)

I have Checked MCM and my little warband doesnt appear there, but i can still create my own units. How to get my little warband in the MCM UI ? thanks :)
