Canada, the USA, and some northern Caribbean islands are the only countries in North America that follow daylight savings, with the following exceptions:

-The USA State of Arizona does not follow DST. Some small parts of California don't follow DST either.
-Several Native American reservations do not follow DST or follow different schedules.
-Mexico's province of Baja California (not Sur) is the only part of the countrty that follows DST since late 2022.
-Canada's provinces of Saskatchewan, parts of eastern Quebec, and several smaller entities in BC and Nunavot do NOT follow DST, whereas the rest of the country does.

No countries in Central America follow DST.

In South America, DST is used by parts of Brazil and by Paraguay and Chile.

No Pacific country follows DST except for some territories belonging to Australia and New Zealand.
