M.O.P.E.D. (Oxygen/Get outside)

There are 3 parts required to turn on oxygen outside. All locations are in the spawn building.
Part 1 - Located to the right of the forcefield window barricade in spawn next to some pipes
Part 2 - Located on the shelf on the 2nd floor
Part 3 - Located on the top floor next to the fallen over filing cabinets in the middle of the room
Craft it in the hallway leading outside on the right hand side. This will turn on oxygen and allow you to go outside and jump down to the surface.

Leaning on the wall to the right of power switch
Leaning on the wall right as you walk into the building leaning on a pipe
Leaning on the wall upstairs next to the generator with the teddy bear in it

Part 2 locations (Building 3)
In the back right corner against the sheet metal bordering the shower
Just up the stairs leaning on the sheet metal on the left side
Upstairs in the middle of the room on some tables with water jugs

Part 3 locations (Building 4)
Sitting on top of the right corner of the farm plot
Sitting on top of the crate to the left of Speed Cola
Hanging on a crate on the top floor in the back corner

Build it on the top floor of Building 2 next to the teleporter pad
